The day started on my girlfriends house where I lacked several things of my morning ritual so I simply forwent the exercise of repeating the ritual in the morning and decided to visualize it during breaks at work... But I believe its worth to mention that simply by hearing my alarm ring I managed to forgo the toasty cinnamon bun mode and get up in a instant! Verdict: I managed to visualize a couple of times the ritual and process of waking up and had my body basically function on its own when I woke up. There is a good chance I wont need a whole month to get this habit down.
On the studying side I got through even more of Nick Hall's stuff and I want to take note of 2 very interesting concepts. First is the "I am glad, I am not..." where you make statements of feeling glad you are not in a worse situation than you currently are in and "Never take a nice vacation" which basically reverses the highlight of the year vacations typically are and makes the rest of the year the highlight. I also read some pages of Pamela Meyer's "Liespotting" which although extremely interesting and potentially awesome I need some training on facial expression and body language recognition and interpretation.
