On the early riser front I woke up 7am in the morning with 6 hours of sleep. Truth be told I do feel a bit sleepy but heck only if I sleep more than 9 hours I dont and it usually goes away in the afternoon. I also accomplished my goal of 30 minutes of performing the morning ritual. I want to feel the experiance of getting out of the toasty cinnamon bun phase on colder weather...
