On my first day of trying to achieve my goals and create a couple new beneficial habits I happened to be quite successful as I managed although it wasn't at the ideal time of 6-7 in the morning to practice my morning ritual 4 times.
Later I got through 1/3 of Nick Hall's audiobook: "I know what to do so why don't I do it.". On the latter I'd say I will have to come back to it a couple of audiobooks later to re-listen to it preferably at a higher speed so I can get through it in less time so I can absorb the principles and practices that have eluded my mind on the firs time I went through the material. Another fairly good idea would be to figure out a way to make on the spot notes of what I hear so I can go back to them at a later date without having to listen through the whole audiobook, but I am withholding this for the 2nd listen through where I will have a more complete idea of the audiobook.
